Behind every plate is a team.

Countless prep lists, plenty of laughs, a few choice words when the docket printer won't stop, and the organised chaos that somehow comes together every service.

There are no egos here – just a group of people who turn up each day with the same goal: to create a memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors. From the chefs in the kitchen, to the bartenders crafting your drinks, to the servers looking after you throughout the night, everyone plays a part.

We're incredibly proud of this crew and grateful to everyone who chooses to spend an evening with us. Your support allows us to keep doing what we love, alongside a team that gives their all every single service.

Meet Charlie and Henry – the local legends behind the beautiful Sampson pumpkins now starring on our winter menu.
Grown just down the road, harvested with care, and delivered fresh to Norma Joan, these pumpkins are the hero of one of our favourite dishes this season.
