Domaine Grand Veneur “Le Miocène” Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2023
A classic Southern Rhône expression, composed of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Rich and structured, with concentrated dark fruit, subtle spice and an elegant, persistent finish. A beautifully balanced example of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Trediberri Barolo “Comune di La Morra” 2022
A refined expression of Nebbiolo from La Morra in Piedmont. Aromatic and finely structured, showing red fruits, floral notes, spice and characteristic savoury complexity, supported by firm yet polished tannins and a long finish.

Our house-made citrus vodka shaken with Stone Pine L’Claire Triple Sec, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Bright, fresh and perfectly balanced.
