We’re helping local food businesses cope with the one-two punch of bushfires and pandemic by waiving their mandatory inspection fees this year, and while we’re there, offering owners food safety advice as they adapt from in-house dining to takeaway and home delivery.
Corrigans Cove Resort - Batemans Bay head honcho Andrew Johns is one of those businesses making that switch, and caught up with our environmental health officer Circe Adams this week.
