We are excited to announce that Sala has launched a new collaboration with , offering a unique food and drink menu that is exclusively available at Sala Bar.

Executive Chef Danny Russo and Head Chef Michael Lewis have taken a unique and creative approach to the menu design, incorporating Malfy Gin as an essential ingredient in each dish. Similarly, our Bar Manager Behzad Nvaziri has designed the drinks menu to showcase the versatility of Malfy Gin with a series of innovative cocktails.
