📍 Green Coast Coffee | Ballina
Green Coast Coffee is a busy, well-established Ballina cafe, and we're looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Hand/ Cook to join our friendly team in a full-time position.
We welcome applications from both local and international workers. What matters most to us is relevant experience, reliability and being able to commit to consistent full-time employment.
You'll be a great fit if you:
✅ Have hands-on experience in a busy commercial kitchen - formal cookery qualifications are not required.
✅ Work calmly and efficiently during fast-paced breakfast and lunch services
✅ Are confident working independently when required
✅ Take pride in consistently producing great food
✅ Have a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a team
✅ Are reliable, punctual and able to commit to the position until at least February 2027
✅ Have reliable transport
✅ Have full availability, including weekend and all public holidays
✅ Are able to assist at our sister venue, Rise Lennox Head, when needed
✅ Hold valid Australian working rights
Practical experience, a great attitude and the ability to work well within our team are what matters most.
