BROKEN IN AGAIN 😡
Today would have been our last day of trade for the season but sadly we are now left cleaning up the mess after another wasted break in!
Thanks to the low life’s that have no conscious for the damage you leave behind to a small business.

To the customer that couldn’t wait until we opened today and decided to break into the Tramcar Ice Cream Van overnight your damage to the van is incredibly FRUSTRATING.
No cash is ever kept on the premises but the repeated break-ins cause stress and additional costs for us to then fix all the unnecessary
damage!
We thank our customers that continue to support our local business 🙏🏻
To those few that feel so entitled to break-in and take things that are not yours - let’s hope this catches up with you one day.

To our loyal Dinkum Donut customers.
You will have noticed our absence at the Ballarat Market and your calls and messages have told us you really miss us!
Unfortunately due to illness our baker has not been able to do what he does best and we have had to close temporarily. We will not be at the Ballarat Market this weekend - but hopefully back there selling our famous hand made donuts very soon!

The market is also closed next week - so we will see you when it re-opens Feb 20th!

Like many small businesses we are increasingly feeling the pressure of staff shortages.
We are doing our very best to ensure we continue to deliver quality service but please be kind to our Staff at the Tramcar Ice cream over the coming weeks as we do our best to ensure we remain open!
