Our mission is simple: seasonal food that is healthy and naturally delicious.Our venues sit at the heart of two vibrant and friendly communities. We cater to all dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and nut free. We source all our food ingredients from the Sydney basin and serve Australia’s favourite coffee brand, Ministry of Coffee- Australia.Our food and non-alcoholic drinks are also available to take away.

Looking back at a wonderful spring outing! We loved walking through the beautiful Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden this September and October and discovering incredible sculptures created by artists using sustainable and natural materials.

Such a special way to combine art, nature, and the outdoors just a short drive from Avalon. Until next time! 🌸🌿
