15 years ago on opening day in Coles Bay our first order was for a couple of espressos. $6 cash was exchanged and the $6 lived above the kitchen door for the next 7 years. Yesterday at Devils Corner the last order of the day was for a couple of espressos and as the last of the beans jumped around the hopper a phone was tapped and that was bitter sweetly to be the last coffee order for us.

After 15 years of grinding, extracting, spinning, pouring & killing snakes the time has arrived for Tombolo to drop the shot & get off the caffeine.

Thanks to all our coffee customers who have enjoyed & with us.

Special thanks to our coffee roasters who always provided the best product & service.

The biggest thanks goes to all the baristas we’ve had working for us 🙏

For now we will continue to focus on the dough 🍕
