Good morning.

We have a few local fish available this weekend, flathead tails $55/kg, gummy flake $50/kg, gurnard $50, saw shark $28/kg and calamari cleaned $45/kg.

We also have a beautiful fish from Queensland, Mahi Mahi. It has a mild, sweet flavor with a moderately firm, meaty texture. Somewhere between a snapper and a swordfish it is great for grilling/pan fried or baking.

We still have lobsters available at $125/kg so treat yourselves this weekend before we reach the end of the lobster quotas.

Dont forget to get your fish for the weekend, today at 2/59 Great Ocean Road, Apollo Bay. Plenty of everyone's favourite, local flathead tails and excellent eating, local leatherjacket fillets, definitely worth a try. Also our regulars, flake, rockling, tuna, snapper.
