Full of flavour and made from scratch using real ingredients, I can make you a made-to-order cake and even deliver it straight to your accommodation.

I am loving all the wedding cake requests recently with little touches incorporating beloved pets!

Flashback a couple of years to the first time I added a collie to a wedding cake, for a lovely couple Stef & Ben.

I love when couples have a special idea they want added to their cake design, to personalise it just for them. Keep them coming!

From this to this and this!

A busy start to the week with an order for two yummy birthday desserts on Tuesday.

A New York style cheesecake, rich, dense and tangy, made with lots and lots of philly cream cheese, sourcream, a dash of mascarpone and a sprinkle of lemon juice and zest.

And a family size Tiramisu, perfect for 8-10 people to devour and enjoy. Picture Savioardi sponge fingers dipped in a strong espresso coffee (Apollo Bay's own Hello Coffee of course). Layered with rich custard made from tempered egg yolks, sugar, mascarpone and cream. Deeelightful!

Feeling peckish or want something yummy to share for dessert this weekend?

I have made extra and have two (only two!) delicious cake tasting boxes available now.

Each box contains:
1. Vanilla buttercake with vanilla bean buttercream
2. Sticky date cake with butterscotch sauce & butterscotch buttercream
3. Chocolate cake with choc hazelnut and chocolate ganache
4. Lemon cake with lemon curd
5. Raspberry white chocolate mud with raspberry coulis & vanilla buttercream
6. Choc mud with raspberry coulis & chocolate buttercream

The cake tasting box is $50, or if you want to also enjoy some lemon slice, GF brownie and GF caramel slice then I also have one mixed box available for $60.

🤍 I can't believe it's almost wedding season again!

Flashback to one of the sweetest little wedding cakes I have ever made, oozing with blueberries and zesty lemon curd.

Because not every wedding is big, not every cake needs to be big either.
