Dearest Annandale, this is a post that we did not think we would be making…
We have made the difficult decision to call it a day and close our lovely business. These are circumstances out of our control, where our hand has unfortunately been forced. We would like to give a huge thanks to all our customers who over the last 14-years have supported us through good times, a recession and a pandemic.
Bar Sirocco was all about good food, coffee and community. We have seen new additions to families, couples getting engaged and married, and small people who have become all grown up and are now partaking in oat milk caramel lattes. We also made fabulous friends along the way and of course my greatest love, the doggos … you will all be missed immensely.
We would also like to thank our staff who over the years have added to the ambience and smooth running of the café. A massive thank you to you all.
We would also like to give a special thanks to Paul, who is loved by one-and-all, especially the Nonna’s of Annandale … he has been my support through a challenging time and has always stayed positive.
Aston and I will be taking a break and then decide on our future. As they say, “one door closes, another opens.”
