It's simmering Sunday.

I have the ol fashioned tomato sauce and the Smokey tomato Relish on the simmer.

These will be available at the Alpha Race Day markets.

Thanks to a local grazier family I have enough cherry tomatoes to make a large batch of tomato jam for the Alpha Winter Markets.

I had a great day at the Alpha Show Yesterday. Of the ten items I entered into the show, I received 6 awards:
Three 1st places for my Rocky Road, Tomato Jam ( 1st time recipie) and my tomoto sauce ( ol fashioned),
one second place for my Rocky Road with ginger, and
Two 3rd places for my Sweet Mustard pickle and my hot chili sauce ( the Phoenix).

I now have to go and make some more of these and will have some in the craft store and the Jericho markets very soon.

Where has the time gone? I am struggling to comprehend that show day Wednesday. and I have to enter a few items tomorrow.

I am not ready.

I had hoped to do more, but time is faster than I.
