On offer, an amazing chef- designed salad menu complimented by a seriously addictive range of hot bowls, sushi, rice paper and banh mi rolls. We have karate chopped pre-made salad bars - at Brucey’s our Salads are made and tossed to order on the spot, with produce sourced from the growers market that morning.
