Regarding the issue we encountered some time ago, where the dough became hard and rubbery after heating, we found through communication and investigation that it was due to issues with the dough fermentation process. If anyone encounters the problem of hard and non-fluffy dough, there is no need to worry about it being spoiled or affecting health. It may affect the texture, though. At that time, all we could do was to offer free replacements to customers who reported the issue.

However, our food trailer suffered losses as a result. Some customers who experienced this for the first time may not return. Additionally, we disposed a lot of Bao buns during that time. After communicating these issues with our suppliers, the problem has mostly been resolved in the past few months. We have gained more experience and can now recognize which dough will become dry and hard after cooling during the heating process. We will provide everyone with dough that ferments well as replacements.

Thank you for your support. We will continue to provide better services for everyone.

Exciting news! Our food trailer now has both an online store and a delivery platform up and running! You can now easily order your favorite meals from the comfort of your own home.

Please be aware that due to our location in a residential zone, our operating hours are limited, and we can only serve customers until 7pm. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate any in-person pickups after 7pm.

If you wish to schedule a delivery for after 7pm, please ensure that you place your order before 7pm. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
