Today, we reopen the doors of Chez Bagou.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve reimagined our dining room, refined our menu and thoughtfully refreshed every detail, creating a warmer, more inviting space for long lunches, shared bottles and memorable evenings.

While much has changed, what matters most remains the same, genuine hospitality, honest French cooking and a place where everyone feels welcome.

To our loyal guests, neighbours, friends and first-time visitors, thank you for your support. We can’t wait to welcome you through the doors and share this next chapter with you.

Winter was made for onion soup.

Our onion soup starts with soft caramelized onions, cooked low and slow until sweet and rich. Then comes the beef stock reduced for hours, layered with flavour and finally spooned over to create something deeply comforting.

It’s the kind of dish that feels like a long hug from grand-maman.

Winter is here, the wine is flowing and our latest menu is in full swing.

If you haven’t joined us in recent weeks now is the perfect time to discover our newest dishes before Chez Bagou closes briefly for an exciting transformation.

When we reopen on Wednesday 24 June, a new chapter begins. “Bookings are essentials”

Something exciting is happening at Chez Bagou..

For a little while, we’ll be closing our doors as we begin a new chapter. A warmer atmosphere, a softer glow, intimate banquette seating and a more sophisticated neighborhood Parisian local bistro feel.

Think long lunches, midweek dinners, cocktails and wines and the kind of place you’ll want to come back two or three times a week.

A place to settle in, stay longer than planned and feel right at home.
