💛

A simple question could spark an important conversation in Albany this Thursday, with local organisations joining forces to encourage the community to ask, listen and connect.

This Thursday, 10th September, we’re hosting R U OK? Day 💛

We’re helping to create a space for important conversations and a chance to come together as a community.

We strongly believe in the importance of connection, kindness and checking in with the people around us.

None of us are immune to the impacts of mental health and sometimes a simple “Are you OK?” can be the conversation that someone needs.

Everyone is welcome. Come grab a coffee, enjoy some cake, connect with others and start a conversation that matters 💛

Ask. Listen. Encourage. Check in.
