Last Monday we had the pleasure of hosting the Bentley Drivers Club for a private dinner at Garrison. ✨

Here's a look behind the pass: every plate set, sauced and finished by hand, from the first course to something sweet to close the night.

Thank you to the club for a wonderful evening on Mount Clarence, and to our kitchen and floor team for making it marvellous.

We're serving a seven-course set menu with ch*****ne on arrival, WA lobster, Goldband snapper, your choice of beef, lamb or turkey, and a festive finale.
