Since my beef noodles was a hit last week...

Korean braised beef rib.
Slow cooked beef rib marinated in Korean gochujang, white rice, sauteed garlic bok choy, potatoes, poached egg, kimchi, coriander, spring onion, sesame seeds n dried shallots.
