B's Sweets 'n' Treats Specialty Cakes/Cupcakes and we also do dog cakes and treats for your furry loved ones! Phone - 0401 Bookings are not confirmed until your deposit is received.

Deposits are required upon ordering at your earliest convenience to secure your booking. Deposits are non refundable but are transferrable on reasonable request or situations., or can be used in value of deposit for something smaller. Orders that have been paid in full are refundable within 6 months of booking date minus the initial deposit amount. Orders cancelled within a month of date are refun

dable to only 50% of the order. Orders cancelled within 2 weeks of order are non refundable
Any items that have been custom made or ordered like toys etc are also non refundable but you are able to take them as they've been paid for. Changes to any orders details or designs are accepted up to 2 weeks prior to order date otherwise no changes can be made. Bonds are required on ordering any cupcake or macaron tower stands. the bond is refundable on return of the stand in the clean condition as it left and no missing or broken parts. Delivery can be organised with any order just discuss this when placing your order. UPDATED CONDITIONS 2021 onwards

Cancellation or transference due to covid restrictions are seeming to be a standard in this world now so please discuss with us your options as each individual situation can hopefully be worked out.

Sometimes deposits are taking a while to get to me and as much as I'd like to hold everyone's spots I simply can't until your deposit is received and if someone else jumps in I may not be able to fit everyone in.
I'm only taking limited orders lately so it's best to be onto it quickly :)
