Three things, straight from Joe.

The Ciao Calabrese - spicy Calabrese salami, roasted capsicum out of the wood oven, Kalamata olives.

The lasagne - Mum makes it here.

The stuffed capsicum - old school, and the one Joe grew up on.

Save this for next time.

New on the board: spaghetti and meatballs.

Slow cooked meatballs in a homemade tomato sugo. An old school favourite, done the way it is supposed to be done.

Just like Nonna used to make. And she still does.
