Our vegetarian version features red dates, lotus seeds and lotus root, alongside traditional herbs including prepared rehmannia, codonopsis, liquorice root and Sichuan lovage.
This blend draws on the tradition of herbal soups enjoyed for nourishment and replenishment. Red dates and liquorice bring gentle sweetness, while the roots add depth and a distinctive herbal aroma.
