Our new and seriously juicy Porchetta Focaccia takes one of the true heroes of the Maylands menu - oven-roasted pork belly porchetta - and tucks it into fresh sourdough focaccia with provolone dolce, friarielli broccolini and lemony salsa verde.

It's gloriously messy, packed with flavour, and quite possibly the best kind of lunch problem to have.

Available dine in or to grab on the go, Monday-Friday from 12pm-4pm - and yes, that includes the June Long Weekend public holiday. 🩷
