This October, we’re taking strength beyond the physical. 🤍

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re welcoming Dee from Becoming Your Vibe 🌞 to Extend Studio for Strength Beyond the Body, an intimate and interactive mental wellbeing workshop.

Across two hours, you’ll be invited to slow down, check in and explore the connection between your mind, body, emotions, relationships and values.

Through guided reflection, practical exercises and psychoeducation, Dee will help you explore where your energy is going, recognise your internal cues and identify areas of your wellbeing that may need a little more care.

You don’t need to be struggling to prioritise your mental wellbeing. Sometimes, it’s simply about making the time to check in with yourself.
