If you’re ordering with your eyes, our Seafood Metaxa makes a very strong argument.

Prawns, calamari, fish, Moreton Bay bug and mussels, finished in a creamy Metaxa brandy sauce and served over rice.

Big bowl. Big flavour. Very good decision. 👍👌

Take the humble snag.

Add traditional Greek spices, smoky char, Ouzo-infused oranges and just enough flame-side drama to make everyone look up from the table.

That’s Loukanika. Greek-style pork sausages, but absolutely not as you know them.

Golden, bubbling béchamel. Layers of eggplant, potato and rich beef mince. Straight from the oven and onto the table.

Our traditional moussaka is warm, hearty and very good at making winter feel like less of a problem.

Feta sto Fourno - Some dishes don’t need much explaining. They just need the sound on. 🔊

Crisp filo-wrapped baked feta, finished with our sweet and fiery house chilli honey.

And yes… *that crunch* is exactly as good as it sounds.

Our closest brush with royalty yet. 👑

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming John and Bernadette Moore, who joined us with their family to celebrate a very special milestone: their 60th wedding anniversary. 💎

They even brought along a signed card from King Charles and Queen Camilla, organised by their children to mark the occasion.

Sixty years of marriage is well and truly worth the royal treatment, so we were honoured to play a small part in their family lunch and send out a little extra sweetness with a Kataifi cake.

Congratulations John and Bernadette. What a beautiful milestone. 💛

Slow-baked capsicum stuffed with seasoned lamb and fluffy rice, served with roasted Greek potatoes and rich house tomato sauce.

Once known as the meal of mountain rebels, Kleftiko has a story almost as rich as its flavour.

The dish takes its name from the Greek klephts—bandits who hid in the mountains during Ottoman rule, slowly cooking stolen lamb in sealed underground pits so the smoke and aroma wouldn’t give them away.

Our modern interpretation keeps the slow-cooked tradition alive.

Lamb marinated in herbs & honey, slow braised in parchment paper with vegetables, served with fried pita & tzatziki.
