We’re honoured be recognised among Gourmet Traveller’s Top 100 Restaurants in Australia for another year.
It’s an achievement that means a great deal to our team, not simply for where it places us, but for what it represents behind the scenes.
Under Executive Chef Jamie Musgrave’s leadership, Restaurant Botanic has continued to evolve, guided by a clear sense of what makes the restaurant and its setting so unique. To explore rare Australian ingredients with curiosity, to work closely with the growers and producers behind them, and to keep raising the standard of what we put on the plate.
That pursuit of excellence is shared across the entire team. From the kitchen and dining room to our w**e and temperance program, there is an enormous amount of care that goes into the experience each day — often in ways our guests may never see.
