We aim to lift spirits, both yours and those in your glass through serious hospitality, while not being that serious about ourselves. You asked and we listened! The Glendronach 15 was such a hit that we’ve put the Revival version on the bar from today. PX and oloroso sherry casks giving us honey glazed stone fruit and black cherry goodness.
Come and try it for yourself, you’ll see why it’s a favourite amongst our bar team 🥃

Bartenders country-wide are descending on Adelaide for Bartender’s Weekender, and magically, we’ve bagged the hottest of dates with Gin Palace and you’re all invited!

We’ve been crushing on Gin Palace since the early 2000s and like any first date, we’re both excited and nervous for their takeover tomorrow night.

Will we hit it off? Should we play it cool? Are we talking too much? All we know is we’re star-stricken and you need to see why for yourself.

Sip on a giant martini while feasting on their ICONIC chicken sandwich. They even included two exclusive drinks for their Adelaide debut… Maybe they do like us back? Take a peek at tomorrow’s takeover menu and comment below what you’ll be ordering first.
