🥢🌶️ Ever wondered why they're called Drunken Noodles? Despite the name, there's actually no alcohol in Pad Kee Mao, one of Thailand's most popular noodle dishes.

The Thai name literally translates to "Drunkard's Noodles" and there are a few theories behind it. Some say it became famous as the perfect late-night meal after a night of drinking. Others believe the bold chilli heat and fragrant Thai basil were thought to revive weary souls the next day. Another theory? It's simply so spicy that you'll be reaching for your drink after every mouthful.

Whatever the true story, one thing is certain.

Our Beef Drunken Noodles are packed with flavour. Wide rice noodles are wok-tossed over high heat with fresh chilli, garlic and aromatic Thai basil to create that rich, smoky flavour that has made this dish a customer favourite.

Available with tender beef, chicken or fresh seafood, and your choice of rice or egg noodles.

One bite and you'll understand why Thailand has been obsessed with this dish for generations.

🥢🌶️ Did you know we have a secret menu item? Our Spicy Chilli Fried Rice has become one of Star of Siam's most popular dishes for good reason.

Wok-fried rice tossed with fresh chilli and our signature seasoning blend, delivering the perfect balance of savoury flavour and satisfying heat in every mouthful.

Available with tender chicken or fresh seafood, it's the dish many of our regulars keep coming back for.

But here's something not everyone knows...
If you're a beef lover, simply ask for the secret off-menu version and use the code word: "beef." 🤫
