In 2002, Rocco went to Italy to learn the art of pizza. Two years later, he came home ready to make proper Italian pizza that was fresh, light and delicious. It also had to be affordable. That meant No shortcuts - No unnecessary extras.
Rocco’s Non-Negotiables remain: Slow-fermented dough (made in house), Big Italian Wood Ovens, Mutti imported Italian tomatoes, Imported mozzarella (shredded in-house), Fresh Italian sausage (made in-house), Sauces made from scratch.

THIS IS NOT PIZZA - It's refried pasta from the fridge mixed with cheese and eggs.
A PASTA FRITTATA that our youngest son loved whilst in Italy last year. Today we made it with some left over spaghetti we had.
