This Father’s Day, the kitchen has crafted a menu inspired by the bold, vibrant flavours of Latin America.

At the heart of the menu is The Asado Grill Platter, a feast designed for sharing, featuring slow-braised beef short ribs, a 400g flame-grilled rump, lamb skewers, beef cheek tacos, charred corn ribs, shoestring fries, salsa verde and rich red wine jus.

For those after a timeless steakhouse classic, The King’s Ribeye delivers a premium 500g ribeye, served with four-pepper sauce, crispy baby potatoes and a fresh rocket & parmesan salad.
