Uncle Authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice is seeking a reliable, motivated and hardworking Kitchen Hand / All Rounder to join our team in Adelaide C*D.
We are a well-established, fast-paced restaurant specialising in authentic Hainanese chicken rice. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high standards and can confidently support different areas of restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
* Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment
* Support chefs during busy service periods
* Assist with front-of-house duties when required
* Perform general restaurant duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
* Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
* Reliable, punctual and responsible
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities
* Flexible availability Monday to Saturday
