Recovery starts with proper hydration, and the R3SUP hydration drink is the perfect way to replenish after a run, gym session or an active day. Crafted in Australia by wellness and peak performance expert Ant Middleton, it’s made with no added sugar and packed with potassium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, plus vitamins B, C and D to help replace essential nutrients and support normal muscle and nerve function after exercise.

We’re one of the cafés lucky enough to stock R3SUP, so if you’re part of the parkrun community, a local running group, or simply enjoy an active lifestyle, pop into Café Bonython and give it a try. Run, don’t walk. Your new post-run favourite is waiting! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We know it’s been a little quiet on our socials lately… we’ve been busy making coffee! ☕😉

Just a little reminder that we’re here every day, serving great coffee, fresh food and plenty of smiles in the heart of Bonython Park.

When you’re out for a walk, catching up with friends or when you simply need a coffee break, we’d love to see you.

Thanks for continuing to support our little café. ❤️

SUNDAY DISCO PARTY 🎉 🎈 🥳

Did you know the home of Cafe Bonython, Bonython Park, is named after Sir John Langdon Bonython — one of South Australia’s great philanthropists and champions of education?

Just as inspiring is his daughter-in-law, Lady Constance Jean Bonython, who dedicated her life to improving the lives of children and families. Through decades of leadership in South Australia’s kindergarten movement, she helped shape early childhood education for generations to come.

We’re proud to be part of a place that carries such an incredible legacy. The Bonython family’s contribution to education, community and the wellbeing of children was truly monumental, and it’s a story worth celebrating.

At Cafe Bonython, we’re honoured to welcome families to this special place each day and hope to continue the spirit of community that the Bonython name has represented for generations.

Wow, what a day! ☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who visited us today and for your patience and support. We were unprecedentedly busy, and our tiny kitchen was working flat out to keep up with the demand.

We know some waits were longer than usual, and we’re incredibly grateful for your understanding, kindness, and continued support of our small business.

Thank you for sticking with us — we appreciate every one of you! ☕✨🤍

This Sunday, we celebrate and thank all the incredible mothers and mother figures 💐

Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the love you give, and the countless things you do for your families every day — often before taking care of yourselves. We hope today is a reminder to slow down, feel appreciated, and take a moment for yourself too 🤍

Join us this Mother’s Day for a relaxed day together.
Walk-ins only, takeaway encouraged, and don’t forget a picnic rug to enjoy the park 🌿☀️
