Meet our new Champignon Tartine. 🇫🇷🍄

A little French, a little wild, and very much not your average mushroom toast.

We start with our house-made mushroom ketchup, pile on mixed mushrooms, crumble over creamy goat cheese, then finish it with a generous shower of crispy fried shallots.

Earthy. Creamy. Savoury. Crunchy.
Basically, everything we love about mushrooms on very good seeded toast.

Très bon. Très gourmand. Très Bon Matin. 🍞🍄✨

Finally… a dish worthy of the name. 🇫🇷

Introducing Le Bon Matin — our new signature morning dish.

House cured salmon, poached egg, preserved lemon labneh, pickled onions, capers and toasted seeded sourdough. Fresh, wholesome, protein-packed and très délicieux.

It meets Chef Marco’s daily question of “Is there enough protein?” 💪🤪

We’re pretty proud of this one because food should be beautiful and give you energy and gains.
