The Pelican is an independent speciality Cafe owned by Adam Kovacs and Vedran Sormaz. Vedran brings his knowledge from working at Süssmund where he played a key role for the last 2 years managing the pop-up shops and using his skills to teach the team to become the best Baristas in town. Adam was managing Cafes in NZ and in the UK and before moving to Vienna, he worked as a coffee roaster at Carav

an Coffee Roasters. Our main goal is customer satisfaction and quality ingredients, therefore we carefully select our beans from Europe's leading coffee roasters and the best local suppliers we can find.
