We have learned to constantly reinvent ourselves, to question what we do, to stay courageous while remaining true to our signature. Every dish, every menu, every evening is part of this story.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey — from day one or just recently. Without you, HERZIG would not be what it is today.

Wir haben gelernt, uns ständig neu zu denken, uns zu hinterfragen, mutig zu bleiben und gleichzeitig unserer Handschrift treu zu sein. Jeder Gang, jedes Menü, jeder Abend ist Teil dieser Geschichte.

Danke an alle, die uns begleiten – seit Tag eins oder erst seit kurzem. Ohne euch wäre HERZIG nicht das, was es heute ist.
