We’ve decided to make a few changes in the shop, and it’s always best to start small:
1. Updated Hours�Our hours are changing due to recent staff changes while we work on a number of things behind the scenes. At the moment, we’re not able to maintain the same staffing levels and continue with this background work at the same time, so one day needs to go for now.�We will be closed on Wednesdays, with the following hours:�• Weekdays: 08:00–17:00�• Weekends: 09:00–16:00
2. Brunch Menu�We love our brunch menu, but every now and then it’s good to freshen things up. Don’t worry—we’re keeping the favorites, tweaking some of the less popular options, and adding something new. If you liked the old menu, you’ll love the new one!
3. A Few Operational Changes�This is connected to the first point: the shop is currently a one-person operation, and we don’t want your experience to suffer because of it. We’ll continue improving the small details to keep the offer versatile while making sure everything can be prepared efficiently. This will be a bit of a trial-and-error process, so please bear with us while we refine things. Self-service is one of the changes that falls into this category as well.
