Vegetarian & vegan street-food kitchen inspired by Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern cuisines. Difficult to describe, you have to try it. We hope to see you soon!

Our menu concept is simple yet innovative: we create vegetarian and vegan chickpea-based dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world - mostly Mediterranean & Middle-Eastern. Since 2017, when we opened our street food kitchen in Brunnenmarkt, Vienna, we have been serving tasty and supercharging vegan bowls like Chili Sin Carne or Sweet Potato, Spinach & Chickpeas Curry, creamy soups, vegan &

gluten-free carrot cakes, but mostly we championed falafel, hummus, and tahini sauce. Recently we introduced ingenious eats like Black Beans Falafel, Cauliflower Shawarma, Za’atar Fries, Halloumi Fries and vegan Shakshuka (yes, it’s possible!). Garbanzo Team-

Guess what? We're turning 7! Seven amazing years of dishing out falafel and hummus in Vienna, and we want YOU to celebrate with us!

From our tiny family stand in 2017 to a bustling spot loved by many, we've seen it all — startup anxiety, catering at festivals, pandemic distress, running a second location/food-truck, growing our team, inflation spikes, working on extending the kitchen, and even welcoming babies very soon!

Hi, Garbanzo lovers! Hope the beginning of 2024 is treating everyone exceptionally well!

When we set our crowdfunding goal at €25.000, we aimed for what we thought was best.

However, as we progressed, we realized that revising our goal to €10.000 might work better.

We strongly believe that adapting and trying something new outweighs avoiding change altogether.

The revised target will still make a significant impact, covering most parts of our essential new kitchen equipment.

We decided to change our goal because we believe it will enhance our chances of making this campaign a success and achieving our dream.
