🧄🫒🌶️ Ajo, Ojo e Peperoncino.
This dish has humble origins, made from whatever was always in the pantry: garlic, olive oil, a pinch of chilli. In Italy it’s the dish of the night - the one you throw together after a long evening with friends, when hunger hits late and the urge to linger at the table hits even harder. “Shall we make a “SPAGHETTATA?” - and minutes later everyone’s gathered round again.
We’ve reimagined it, without losing its soul.
Fermented black garlic, sweet and deep, and habanero chilli for a bright, bold kick.
Tradition, meeting something a little more gourmet.
