So People!

Lots of people ask me when the Käsespätzle is back... And here it is 21st March. One day only, but I do plan more SpätzleSamstags in the future, and somewhat regularly!

Book to avoid cheese envy

Sooooo Leute,
Viele von euch fragt , ziemlich oft "wann kommt wieder der Käsespätzle?"...jetzt kann ich is antworten...21.3. nur ein Tag...aber SpätzleSamstags fangen an. Der Plan ist regelmäßig (ca einmal im Monat) ein SpätzleSamstag zu haben!

Bitte reservieren um Käse-neid zu vermeiden.

The very first take of the very first little talk...obviously not planned...there is a part two when I can figure the subtitles...

So, the humble potato and what we do here. Often misunderstood, so please do, share this as wide as you can and maybe just maybe a few more folk will be encouraged to try...I can only say almost everyone that walks through the doors leaves very pleasantly surprised!
