Who we are - Wasabi Charlie
Wasabi Charlie is a sophisticated and fun Japanese restaurant located right next to Pineapple Pete and across the movie theater in Simpson Bay. Wasabi Charlie is not about sushi alone, it is about a great ambiance, great service and great food and drinks .
You can enjoy an amazing Teppanyaki show from one of our Teppanyaki-chefs. We also have an extensive international menu with the mango duck and grand surf and turf as specialties. For the sushi- lovers we have an extensive selection of: specialty rolls, maki, nigiri and sashimi. You can also make it a combo with our famous bridges and platters. The amazing food can be paired with some of our signature cocktails like the frozen bellini, tamarind sour and the wasabi martini. We did not forget about the little ninja’s so a kids menu is also available.
Wasabi Charlie is open from Wednesday to Monday from 5PM. On Friday and Saturday we are serving until midnight. The full menu and drinks are also available for takeout.
