Flaco Cafe' opened in Sint Maarten in 2015 with one clear idea in mind: to offer great food, fair prices, and genuinely good service. By adding a Latin twist to the menu, Flaco Café created something people connected with right away. Before long, word spread, and the business continued to grow.

Ask anyone what to order, and the answer often comes quickly: the wings. They are the best-seller for a reason. The natural juices are just as popular, with the passion fruit juice standing out as a clear favorite that customers keep coming back for.
The local community continues to inspire the team every day through its diversity, resilience, and shared love for good food. The journey has not been without challenges. Keeping prices competitive while costs continue to change is an ongoing balancing act. Still, Flaco Café is proud to have stayed true to its values, contributed to the community, and been part of people’s daily routines.
