** PUNJABHI kadhi Pakora : this time with a delicious soft onion and MORINGA leaves dumplings submerged in a Tangi Chick pea flour gravy.. tempered with fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, jeera and fresh Curry leaves🌿..
** Aalloo Paratha : spiced potatoes stuffed in parathas. When dipped in the tangi kadhi makes nothing less than a devine combination😇😇
** Basmati Rice: nothing but Plain basmati rice is a traditional combination with Kadhi in North India

This Thursday''S THALI, due to repeated requests..is again the Auspicious Menu purely VEGAN, TOTALY SATVIK and free from Onion and Garlic.
The Menu includes:
1. Bhandare wale Aaloo - Potatoes curry cooked in Tomatoes gravy loaded with cilantro for an extra touch of feshness and flavour🍀🍀.
2. Kale Chane- a special BLACK chick peas cooked in dry spices. A very healthy protien rich dish.
3. PUri bread- No Auspicious meal is complete without these whole Wheat, deep fried PURI breads. A mUSt to go with tHe potatoes and black chick peas😁.
4. Basmati RICE.

This Saturday, to ignite your pallate, I will be serving again the KING of Street foods from the heart of BOLLYWOOD "MUMBAI"(aka BOMBAY)😃.. "The Bombay Pau Bhaji"
This is typically a delicious blend of a number of vegetables like Bellpeppers, cauliflower, onion, tomato, beans, peas, beets, potatoes... oh the list goes on....cooked in a special blend of masala and traditionaly served with flavoured pan toasted butter rolls/dinner rolls. This Gala of Vegetables topped with a dollop of butter, raw onions, cilantro and sqeeze of lime😋😋😋 is not only delightful to look at but also sure to fill your tummy and your heart❤..
Since the pau bread rools are not Vegan, for our Vegan friends we will serve Whole wheat Paratha this time Instead of Naan.
