«Այս կոնցեպտի մասին դեռ տարիներ առաջ էի լսել, ու հանկարծ մի օր DIVE-ի թիմում լինելու առաջարկ ստացա: Շատ ուրախ եմ, որ աշխատում եմ այստեղ հաճելի մարդկանց հետ և հրաշալի մթնոլորտում:»

Ռուզաննան առաջին մասնագիտությամբ հոգեբան է:

Չնայած տեսողության բացակայությանը, իր կազմակերպչական և առաջնորդի հատկանիշներն օգնում են իրեն թե՛ DIVE-ի աշխատանքներում, թե՛ իր սիրելի զբաղմունքներում ինչպիսիք են լեռնագնացությունը, showdown-ը (սեղանի թեննիս), որտեղ նա թիմի ավագն է և բազում անգամներ նվաճել է առաջին տեղը:
