In preparation for Summer Day – March 14, our kitchen at Amadeo is bringing a piece of Albanian heritage to the table.

Behind the scenes, our chefs are carefully preparing Ballokume, the traditional dessert of this special celebration.
A sweet recipe passed down through generations, made to welcome the season of sunshine, renewal, and joyful gatherings.
