Simple tips when prepping OR thinking of eating healthier:

1. Use a smaller container (preferably a 28-32oz) so that you do not overeat. No, this is NOT small,
2. Your plate should look colorful. Greens, reds, oranges, purples. (Think peppers/lettuece/kale, tomatoes/fruit, sweet potatoes/carrots, cabbages/onions, respectively)
3. Your plate should have a carb, protein, and healthy fats. (Load up a lil more protein OR veggies to stay full longer)
4. Spice things up! Use your seasoningssssssss! Paprika, onion/garlic powder, cumin etc!
5. Cook with avocado, olive, or coconut oil.

Don't overcomplicate things OR make your meals boring! You'll never be able to sustain a diet of chicken and broccoli or fish and lettuce!
