Accountant Is required

We are Seeking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from Purchases, Salaries and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business.

Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements and skills
Minimum two years Work experience as an Accountant
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software like ERP and QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.

°Qualification°

•Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, communications or related fields.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
•Strong oral and written communication skills in Dari, Pashto and English
•Proven ability to lead a team according to quotas
•Excellent leadership skills.
•Experience in setting sales goals.
•Results orientation with strong analytical skills.
•Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices proficient in Microsoft Office and other related softwares.

°Responsibilities°

•Recruit, hire, and train a sales team.
•Set sales goals, compare performance with goals, and adjust goals as necessary.
•Evaluate current team processes and procedures,
•Identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
•Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members To provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
•Coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members.
•Create a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
•Evaluate individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions if necessary.
