For Ashish Gupta, Founder and CEO of The Caphe Vietnam, everything started with a memorable trip to Vietnam and his first experience of Vietnamese Cà Phê Sữa Đá.

بالنسبة لأشيش غوبتا، المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لـ The Caphe Vietnam، بدأت القصة خلال رحلة إلى فيتنام وتحديداً مع أول تجربة له لتذوق القهوة الفيتنامية بالحليب المثلج (Cà Phê Sữa Đá).
ما بقي في ذاكرته لم يكن فقط المذاق الجريء والغني للقهوة، بل أيضاً الثقافة التي تحيط بها — لحظات التواصل، والأحاديث الهادئة، وتقدير الوقت واللحظات البسيطة.
ومن هنا وُلدت فكرة:
ماذا لو أمكن مشاركة النكهات الأصيلة والثقافة الفيتنامية مع الناس في دولة الإمارات؟
