Inspired by Nico’s memories from Peru​, slow baked beetroot in rock salt. Drawing from our previous Japanese culinary experiences, seaweed-infused honey. Throw in ​some burnt butter, topped with a playful scoop of sour cream ice cream and finished with caramelized pecans. Our Sa’Cha Beetroot Salad.
