One of Taiwan’s most iconic comfort dishes, that became a staple across homes and night markets.

Our Beef Noodle Soup is built on the same foundation, slow-braised for 12 hours with beef shanks, tendons, beef bones, and traditional Taiwanese spices, creating a rich broth with soft pieces of beef and tendon.

Fresh house-made noodles are placed in the broth and served with pickled condiments on the side to balance the richness.
