The Green Edit brings together Dubai’s three MICHELIN Green Star restaurants; BOCA, LOWE, and Teible for a one-day collaboration on Saturday, 20 September.

This exclusive brunch will showcase a multi-course menu created by three award-winning chefs with a shared commitment to seasonality, zero-waste cooking, and locally sourced ingredients. The menu will unfold in waves, with each dish reflecting the creativity and ethos of the three restaurants.

The experience will be complemented by a guided pairing from Journey’s End Wines, personally hosted by head winemaker Mike Dawson, making the afternoon even more special.
