Embodying the ethos and mantra of the founding Maccioni family, Le Cirque Dubai offers a dining experience new to the region. Taking inspiration from an original menu that has been developed by some of the world’s most notable chefs, Le Cirque Dubai offers a modest approach with fresh, light and contemporary â la carte dishes. The Le Cirque family story started in the late sixties when the man behind the synonymous brand, Sirio Maccioni dazzled New York with his charm and hospitality acumen. Opening hours:

Dinner: 7pm - 11pm

La nostra proposta BBQ non è solo un semplice modo di cucinare del cibo alla griglia e all'aria aperta, ma molto di più: si avvicina ad un' arte vera e propria, alla continua ricerca della cottura perfetta della carne.

➡️ Questo è quanto ci racconta Corrie Barnett durante la preparazione dei suoi piatti, proposti in occasione del consueto appuntamento della domenica con l'American BBQ, nel suggestivo patio estivo del Ristorante Le Magnolie, presso il Grand Hotel & La Pace.

➡️ Dietro ogni singolo piatto, ci sono almeno due giorni di lavorazione, come per esempio per il delizioso e saporito Pulled Pork la cui carne viene marinata a secco per 24 ore, poi affumicata a bassa temperatura per 9 ore e successivamente sfilacciata con cura.

➡️ Solo allora sarà pronta per essere impiattata e arrivare al vostro tavolo, garantendo un'esplosione di sapori e accontentando anche i palati più esigenti.
